TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms govern your use of the services provided by Energy & Compliance Technology LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms below.

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES

Energy & Compliance Technology LTD. agrees to provide energy and compliance services, including assessments, reporting support, and implementation guidance, as outlined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. PROJECT TIMELINES

While Energy & Compliance Technology LTD. works to meet all estimated timelines, delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by third-party providers, delayed client approvals, missing documentation, or requested scope revisions may affect timelines accordingly.

3. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Clients agree to remit payment according to their contract. Recurring fees for ongoing support are generally due at the start of each billing cycle. Any third-party costs are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. CLIENT COOPERATION

To support effective delivery, the client agrees to provide timely access to relevant sites, records, utility data, and operational information required by Energy & Compliance Technology LTD.

5. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, and subject to settled invoices, the client retains ownership of final deliverables provided under that agreement.
